How to order products.

Ordering from Onlinebeds.com is easy, you can browse our online brochure and compare our competitive prices before you purchase, alternatively if you know the bedding product you require you can select directly from our Mattressman orderline and follow our simple checkout systems!
All the products we supply are quality branded products and the prices quoted include V.A.T. at the standard rate.
You can pay online using the following major credit/debit cards:

At the time of ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take 10 days.

How do I know if my order has been received?

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by our shopkeeper automated ordering system. Subject to stock and availability we will confirm by e-mail when your products will be available for delivery, this will normally be within 48 hours of placing your order.

The intention of Onlinebeds.com is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, WHILE WE WILL USE REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION WE PLACE ON THE WEBSITE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO ITS ACCURACY. Payment and Price:

The total price payable for the goods and delivery charge will be debited from your account at the time you place your order, this enables us to validate your credit card to obtain a data match for the delivery address in order to comply with your bank and credit card providers criteria.
Please Note: If your credit card information doesn't match the information on the bank or its agents database this will delay the processing of your order. When this proves satisfactory an order confirmation will be posted to you and the product allocated to the customer, or ordered from the manufacturer. In the event of cancellation of the order £45 will be classed as an administration charge and forfeited in order to cover our costs already incured on the preliminary administration applied to your order.

We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Payments shall be made by the Buyer without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless the Buyer has a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Seller to the Buyer.

Weight Issues:
All products offered for sale on this website are subject to a weight limit of 110Kg of the persons using the products eg. electric adjustable beds, divan bed bases and bedsteads. It is the customers responsibility to inform us if any person or persons using the product is in excess of this body mass before purchasing any products from this website. Failure to disclose this information will render the warranty null and void in respect of any claims made under guarantees and warranty in the event of failure due to a weight issue. Any person wishing to use the products offered for sale on this website in excess of 110Kg body mass must obtain in writing from us that it will be suitable for the intended purpose.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Availability of Goods:
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges:
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products . Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses and we reserve the right to add any congestion charge, parking fee or road toll necessary to effect a delivery to your property.

Delivery Times:
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Risk:
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
