Returns and Cancellation Information

 

Defective items: You can always return products if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of products that have been opened if they are defective. Should you find your products to be defective please fill in our Replacement Request Form within 48 hours of receipt of faulty goods, and we will activate the replacement process.

Collection Charges:

If an item is returned due to an error on our part or because it is defective we will be happy to change the product for the correct item or replace it with an exchange item, with no extra delivery charges being incurred. This does not apply if you have just changed your mind, in this event you will be responsible for the returning of the goods to our depot and its associated return delivery charges. If you request our services to collect the product, you will be responsible for the return collection charge and costs of any services provided to you in connection with your collection.

Cancellations:

Under the Distance selling Regulations you have seven days to cancel. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, it is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and or packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products please contact us by filling out our Cancellation Request Form giving the reason for return "Cancellation Request". Notification by telephone will not be sufficent to cancel. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Please Note: You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to our depot. We can at your request, arrange for collection of the product from your residence at your cost, but you should be aware that once we begin the collection process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for collection services carried out by us. As soon as we receive the item at our depot, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price of the item within 28 days.

Onlinebeds.com adhere to the U.K.'s distance selling regulations 2000. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns of the following products and will be exempt from the statutory 7 day cooling of period:

  • Divan bases, pillows and mattresses that have been unsealed and removed from the original packaging and your right to cancel will have ended for reasons of health and hygiene as the product will be deemed to have be used.
  • Products that have been made to a bespoke size or personalised type and because of that cannot be sent on approval.

We reserve the right to charge a £45 cancellation fee to cover administration and original process costs of your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
